Pathfinders

Ages: 11-18
Motto:
Promise (Same as Rovers. Two version dependent on faith.):
On my honor, I promise to do my best
To do my duty to God and my country,
To help other people at all times,
And to obey the Scout Law.

On my honor, I promise to do my best
To render service to my country,
To help other people at all times,
And to obey the Scout Law.

Law (Same as Rovers):
A Scout’s Honor is to be Trusted.
A Scout is Loyal.
A Scout’s duty is to be Useful and to Help others.
A Scout is a Friend to All and a Brother/Sister to every Scout,
A Scout is Courteous,
A Scout is a Friend to Animals,
A Scout Obeys Orders,
A Scout Smiles and Whistles under all circumstances,
A Scout is Thrifty,
A Scout is Clean in Thought, Word, and Deed.

This is the oldest of the youth sections. The Pathfinders are able to lead themselves with nominal supervision. They go on high adventure trips and are truly able to help their community in positive ways. They teach the younger Scouts. The highest honors go to scouts who truly exemplify service.
